Purchase Terms
Our minimum order value is $100.00 (+ gst).
Placing an order with Oscar Blue constitutes entering into the terms and conditions set out in this section. Your order will be confirmed via email.
Delivery is approximately 5 business days from the date of order. If any delays are expected you will be notified by email or phone.
Whilst we recommend that you make your purchase via the Shopping Cart on the Oscar Blue website, we would be happy to take your order by phone if you are unable to order via our website. Please contact us on 08 8338 3898. We are open Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Orders can also be placed via fax on 08 8379-5492.

Pricing
All prices are noted in Australian Dollars and includes the 10% Good and Services Tax (GST).
Prices of products, delivery and other charges displayed on the Oscar Blue website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to change without notice. For international orders the 10% GST included in the price of all items will be deducted.

Payment Options
Oscar Blue uses Paypal to process all online payments, which are processed on Paypal's secure website. Payments can also be made via direct deposit into the nominated Oscar Blue bank account..

Shipping and Handling
Freight will be calculated according to the size and weight of the parcel and the destination.
We deliver via Australia Post.

Sold Out
If an item is no longer available the term “Out of Stock” will be displayed in the product description page.
If an item is temporarily out of stock your item will be placed on backorder and you will be contacted via email and informed of the expected delivery date.

Returns
At Oscar Blue we make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Any genuinely faulty item will be replaced at our cost.
Please email us as soon as possible at sales@oscarblue.com.au with your name and details of the product you wish to return (including invoice
number)  and we will issue you with a Return Authorisation number (RA).
